How billing works

  • This is a recurring subscription. It renews every six months unless canceled.
  • Your six-month access period begins on the payment date, not when you activate.
  • Priced per chapter, not per member.
  • Pro applies to one chapter you own, shared by its members on web and mobile. Your personal inventory and other companies are not upgraded.
  • No login, app download, .edu email, or manual approval is needed before paying.

Activate or recover your purchase. Enter the email you used at checkout. If a purchase exists, we send a new activation link that expires in 48 hours. Use the newest email; earlier links stop working. Enter the email exactly as at checkout, including capitalization.
